About This Blog
A Gen Z EE student writing for himself — documenting what he's figured out, and verifying that he actually understands it.
What This Blog Is For
Written for myself. To record things I've figured out, and to verify whether I've actually figured them out. If you can follow along too, great.
About This Site
No ads, and there won't be. I can guarantee that. I hate ads, and I don't want anyone here to be interrupted — including me, because I'm a reader here too.
I care a lot about the experience. The site should be fast, the pages should be clean, and once you open it you shouldn't have to think much — just find what you want to read.
As for making money, I'll figure that out later. But there's only one condition: not at the cost of the experience.
How This Site Was Built
I'll go into the tech stack in detail in another article. The short version: I write a little of the code myself, but most of it I hand off to Claude Code to build this site for me. Claude Code is really awesome — apart from the fact that Anthropic, the company, is a tiny bit anti-China (though Claude is currently the foreign large model with the best Chinese support), it has basically no downsides. A note: I don't care where this company sits politically. I only care about one thing — is the product good to use? If it's good, I use it. If it's not, then even if your political stance leaned toward China, I still wouldn't use your product.
What I'll Post
I'll post a lot of things down the road. I noticed Claude Code sorted my articles into music, tech, life, and english. There's actually more than that — others will come too.
What I won't post?
Porn, gambling, drugs, politics.
Summary
okay, that's everything I want this site to be.
There's a Chinese idiom: "知行合一" — the unity of knowing and doing. I'll hold to that too: keep doing what I think and what I ask of myself, and in the end turn it into reality.
